Entry to the event ground will be permitted only with the original and valid E-Pass displayed in the Rangoli Dandiya (E-Pass) mobile application. Access will be granted only after successful QR code verification (scanning). Any screenshot, printed copy, or tampered pass will be considered legally invalid, and such acts will be treated as fraud, with legal action taken.
At the time of registration in the Rangoli Dandiya (E-Pass) app, your photo and details are recorded. Entry will be strictly based on this registered information and photo identity. If you allow anyone else to use your E-Pass through OTP and the photo identity does not match, your Seasonal E-Pass will be cancelled by Rangoli Dandiya. Among group participants, only those wearing traditional dress will be allowed entry through the main gate.
From this year onwards, separate General Seasonal E-Passes will be issued for ladies and gents. If a gent uses a ladies’ pass, or a lady uses a gents’ pass, the registration will be cancelled immediately.
Seasonal E-Passes cannot be resold or transferred. If such activity is detected, criminal charges will apply. Please purchase your pass only from authorized channels.
Each person must carry their own individual Seasonal Pass while entering the ground. Each pass is valid for one individual only. Once exited, re-entry will not be permitted under any circumstances.
Except for registered performers/players, a single individual or group must have at least one female member with them for entry.
Any editing, modification, or tampering with the digital E-Pass is strictly prohibited. Screenshots, edited images, or duplicated passes will be considered invalid. Your E-Pass is your own responsibility. If you share your OTP and allow someone else to log in and misuse your pass, you alone will be held responsible. Please think carefully before sharing your pass with others.
While using the Rangoli Dandiya (E-Pass) mobile application, it is mandatory to stay online.
Entry will be denied to anyone under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other intoxicants, and police action will be taken. Smoking, chewing tobacco, gutka, or pan is strictly prohibited inside the ground.
Children below 48 inches in height will be granted free entry.
No outside food items or beverages are allowed inside the event premises.
The organizers will not be responsible for any physical injury or for any loss/damage to your belongings inside the event premises.
The Seasonal E-Pass will remain valid from 22/09/2025 to 01/10/2025. If the event is cancelled on any day for any reason, no refund will be provided. The sale of Seasonal E-Passes is subject to the approval of the District Collector.
The event ground will be under continuous CCTV surveillance. All entries and activities will be monitored.
Daily tickets will be available only at Rangoli Park Resort premises (subject to availability).
The organizers reserve the right to admission.
By entering the event premises, you agree to all the above-mentioned terms and conditions. Any violation will result in the immediate cancellation of your E-Pass, which will then remain invalid for the entire season (Rangoli Dandiya 2025 events). In such cases, re-entry will not be permitted, and no refund will be given. Therefore, please follow all rules carefully before purchasing your Seasonal Pass.
